How we handle your information

Effective October 25, 2026

NJBankOwnedHomes.com is run by Thomas D. Buscemi, Broker Associate, Keller Williams Preferred Properties, 782 Route 9, Bayville, NJ 08721. This page explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the counties or towns you pick, and any notes or property addresses.
Basic technical information our web host records for every visit, such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To send the sheriff sale alerts or listing alerts you asked for.
To answer your questions and send comps or other information you request.
To follow up with you about buying or selling real estate, if you contacted us about it.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Services that help run the site

Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions.
Brevo stores the alert subscriber list and sends alert emails.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces the pages use.

These companies handle information only to provide their services to us.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a setting or two, such as the county you last searched, on your own device.
